Our homes are designed with open layouts, premium finishes, and large windows that frame beautiful views of the river and surrounding cityscape. Whether you’re seeking a contemporary apartment for yourself or a larger space to share, every floor plan at Coopers Row elevates daily living with modern design and timeless style. 

Our community features a collection of resort-inspired amenities designed to support relaxation, productivity, and connection. Residents can enjoy a 24-hour fitness center complete with strength and cardio training equipment, dedicated CrossFit and aerobic studios, and a cold plunge for recovery. The beautifully curated co-working space offers private offices and conference rooms, while the resident lounge and elevated pool deck overlooking the San Antonio River provide spaces for both work and leisure in an upscale setting. 

Yes. Coopers Row offers garage and open parking options for residents, with one vehicle permitted per leaseholder. Electric vehicle charging stations are available on every parking level for convenient daily use. Reserved parking spaces are also available for residents who prefer a dedicated spot—please visit our Community Fees page for details on availability and pricing. 

All residences at Coopers Row are unfurnished, giving residents the freedom to create a home that reflects their personal aesthetic. This allows you to design a space that feels uniquely your own while complementing the community’s sophisticated architecture and modern finishes. 

Coopers Row does not currently offer short-term or month-to-month leases. Our lease terms are designed for residents who wish to experience a more long-term, elevated living at Pearl, where stability and community connection are key aspects of the lifestyle. 

Yes. Every apartment home at Coopers Row includes a full-size, stackable washer and dryer for convenient, in-home laundry. You’ll have the privacy and ease of managing your daily routine without leaving the comfort of your apartment. 

Your monthly rent includes full access to your residence and all community amenities, including the fitness center, pool deck, co-working spaces, and resident lounge. Utilities and resident service fees are billed separately to ensure transparency and give residents control over their individual usage. 

Yes. Coopers Row features a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center complete with top-tier equipment, a CrossFit and aerobic training room, and a cold plunge for recovery. Whether you’re starting your day with a quick workout or unwinding after work, this space supports all wellness routines with style and functionality. 

Residents at Coopers Row can choose between AT&T and Astound for high-speed internet and cable service. Both providers deliver fast, reliable connectivity, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or stay connected throughout the day. 

A monthly resident service fee will be billed to each resident, which includes valet trash and pest control. Residents can also opt in to optional services such as reserved parking and residential storage options. You can view our Community Fees page for a full breakdown of fees. 

Rent can be paid securely online through the resident portal using ACH transfer, debit card, or credit card. Residents can also set up automatic monthly payments for added convenience and peace of mind. 

Yes. Coopers Row is ideally located near several local bus routes and designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off areas. This makes commuting around Midtown, Pearl, and downtown San Antonio simple and convenient, even without a car. 

Coopers Row is part of the San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) and zoned for Hawthorne Academy and Edison High School. Families are encouraged to verify current zoning and enrollment information directly with SAISD to ensure accurate school assignments.

This prime location places residents near top dining, shopping, and cultural destinations, making it one of the most desirable addresses for luxury apartments at Pearl in San Antonio. 

Yes. Coopers Row is surrounded by a curated mix of local favorites, including Pullman Market, Local Coffee, Larder, and Bakery Lorraine. As part of Pearl, residents enjoy world-class dining, boutique shopping, and artisan markets.

The leasing office is located at the corner of Quincy and Schiller, directly across from Otto’s Ice House. If driving, enter the parking garage just north of Park Avenue and Elmira Street, follow the signs for Future Resident Parking, and turn left to reach the leasing office entrance. 

Yes. Coopers Row proudly welcomes pets and provides a community designed for both you and your furry companions. With amenities like an on-site dog park, pet spa and easy access to walking trails, it’s easy to maintain an active and pet-friendly lifestyle at Pearl. In addition to the on-site dog park, Coopers Row residents can explore pet-friendly patios, walking paths, and outdoor spaces throughout Pearl. This prime location makes it easy to experience all that San Antonio has to offer—with your pet by your side.

There are no weight restrictions at Coopers Row. However, aggressive breeds are not permitted to ensure a safe, welcoming, and harmonious community for all residents and pets. Contact the leasing office for more details.

A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 applies per pet. For the most accurate and current information, please visit our Community Fees page. 

Yes. Coopers Row fully complies with Fair Housing and ADA guidelines, welcoming service animals with proper documentation. Our team is happy to assist with any accommodation needs.
