Application Fee: $100.00 (Per Applicant)

Administrative Fee: $200.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $500.00 - $1,000.00 (Per Household)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $500.00 (Per Pet)

Resident Services Fee: $130.00 (Monthly - Includes Damage Waiver Program Fee)

Utility - Submeter/Rubs Billing Administrative Fee: $4.50

Parking Fee Additional Space: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Storage Room Small Rentable Item: $80.00-$300.00 (Optional Monthly)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $500.00 (Deposit)

Private Business Office Rental Fee: $75.00 (Per Hour)

Transfer Fee: $1,000.00 (Must Qualify)

Late Fee: 10%
